Orders

When you place an order we will receive an email confirming your order. Please note, this is not confirmation that your offer to buy the item(s) has been accepted. Our contract for sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, process and dispatched.

We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.

We may not be able to fulfill your order for the following reasons:

  • The product is out of stock or damaged
  • We are unable to authorise payment
  • We identify a product description or pricing error
  • If customers do not reach our order criteria
  • If delivery companies are temporarily unable to deliver due to events beyond our control including hazardous weather and accidents

Should there be an issue with your order you will be contacted by email or phone. If we have any issues authorising payment we will contact you via email or phone and you will have 48 hours to respond. Failure to respond will result in your order being cancelled.

Persons under the age of 18 should only use and make purchases from this website under the supervision of and with the consent of a parent or guardian.

When placing an order you will be added to our email mailing list. However, should you not wish to receive mailings please inform us or you may unsubscribe via the bottom of each email.

Delivery

We use a range of different delivery options to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only. Pompom & Twiddle shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. Please ensure you check all items at the point of delivery. In the event that the packaging appears damaged, please try to check the item whilst the courier is still present and bring any damage to their attention. Please inform us straight away of any damage upon receipt of your items.

International Orders

International delivery is available to certain countries. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available choices or there is no shipping price allocated to a country, unfortunately that means we cannot ship to you currently. Please note that additional shipping costs may be incurred based on the final weight and size of the packed order. You will be contacted directly before your order is shipped.

Cancellations

You have a legal right to cancel your order providing you do so within 14 working days of receiving the goods. Please notify us during this time if you wish to cancel your order. If you change your mind, please notify us immediately and we will try to stop your order. If your order has already been dispatched, you will have to return the item to us at your own cost, following the procedure set out in our Returns Policy.
