At Pompom & Twiddle we respect the importance of your privacy. This Privacy Policy, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) 2018, outlines how we use the personal data that we collect from you, or that you provide to us.

What information do we collect?

If you browse our servers and cookies collect the following generic information about you.

We will only have personal information such as your full name, address, email and telephone number if you place an order on the website or if you voluntarily join our mailing list.

When it comes to payment, at no point do we store any bank or credit card information.

If you place an order with us or sign up for an out of stock notification we may contact you by email or telephone you if we have any questions in relation to your order or need to update you.

When you place an order you may choose to pay via a payment gateway or via PayPal.

Your credit card data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Please note that your purchase transaction data is only stored for as long as necessary to complete the purchase. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS, as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.
